Our current operational area spans the Southern Region of the DRC, covering the vital transport corridor between Kasumbalesa and Kolwezi. This route is one of the most trafficked for heavy-duty vehicles in mining and logistics, and our base of operations is strategically placed to intercept and respond quickly to incidents along this corridor. 
Are My Goods Insured While You Are Recovering and Storing Them?

While we take every precaution to safeguard your goods during recovery and storage, insurance coverage is not included as part of our service. We recommend arranging separate insurance for added peace of mind. 

Are Any People Transported During the Recovery of Vehicles?

For safety reasons, we are unable to transport individuals during vehicle recovery operations. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a secure and efficient process for all involved. 

Can Any Accident Be Recovered Under Any Condition?

We are equipped to handle the majority of accident recoveries. However, certain situations, such as vehicles lost in steep escarpments, may present significant challenges due to equipment limitations. We always strive to assess and manage each recovery to the best of our ability. 

For How Long Can I Store My Truck and Cargo at the Storage Facility in Likasi?

You are welcome to store your truck and cargo at our Likasi facility for up to 30 days. Please note that storage fees are structured on a sliding scale during this period. 
What If My Cargo or Truck Is Damaged During the Recovery?

Our team is committed to minimizing any risk of damage throughout the recovery process. However, due to the complex nature of some recoveries, there may be instances where minor damage is unavoidable. We always handle your assets with the utmost care and professionalism. 
Am I Able to Assist in the Recovery of the Truck or Cargo?

Absolutely! Our professional team will assess the situation and advise on how you can safely participate in the recovery process. 
We value collaboration and will provide clear guidance on the best approach. 
Will You Collect or Deliver My Truck or Cargo in Zambia?

Our operations are based within the southern DRC, with all collections and deliveries beginning or ending at the Kasumbalesa border. For service beyond this point, we recommend coordinating with a provider in Zambia.
Can You Do the Recovery Along Routes and at Times to Avoid Any Authorities Checking or Intervening?

We are committed to conducting all recoveries in full compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Our team ensures that every operation is carried out to the highest professional standards. 
Will You Assist With Compiling Documents or Information for My Insurance Claim?

Our primary focus is on the safe recovery of your truck and cargo. While we do not handle insurance claim documentation, we are happy to provide you with the necessary details about the recovery process should you need them for your records.
